Equipment purchases, business overhead, and advertising have been carefully controlled to avoid passing on unnecessary costs to the customer. In virtually every business, the customer is the unfortunate recipient of added business costs. Recognizing this, we have done everything reasonably possible to avoid frivolous and needless expenses.
